Fine-tune your account.

Through the Settings tab, business owners fine-tune eTrue to best meet their needs. Vendors with multiple products can associate descriptions with specific purchases and reviews (and thereby tie a review with a product).

The Settings tab also lets you control how review invitations are sent to customers: edit subject lines, add a logo, and decide how long after purchase the email is sent. Set up your notifications to get an email with every new review, or get an email every time you get a reply to your Counterpoint response.
