All your reviews are listed here, and archived for future reference and comparisons. You can use tags to identify specific products, customers who received a particular promotion, or any other variable. Later, sort your reviews by tags for easy reference and access.

1 to 5 star reviews

The eTrue format lets customers leave 1- to 5- star reviews for particular elements of your business, as well as comments in text. One of the most important actions you can take from the Reviews page is directly responding to these comments via the eTrue Counterpoint system. Simply select the review that you wish to respond to, click Counterpoint, and type your response. Not only does this answer current question, but your answer will also be visible to future shoppers, and demonstrate that you are an attentive and responsive merchant.

Report and manage

This section also features the Report service, where spam, offensive, or inappropriate reviews can be reported to eTrue moderators. Although we invite verified customers to provide their honest opinion, we discourage reviews that are defamatory in nature.
