The eTrue Dashboard connects you with your customers, your trends, and your online reputation. The Dashboard is your portal into the thoughts of your customers, and how their opinions are changing over time.

The Dashboard is designed to provide a quick summary of info:

• - See your total numbers of reviews and users (giving you a percentage of eligible users that have given reviews)
• - View Flag reviews that need to be followed up.
• - Get a summary of positive and negative reviews, and read the most recent reviews posted.

• - Check the daily review comparison tool and see if your average reviews are headed up or down.
• - Click the other tabs to dig a little deeper into your stats, control eTrue settings, and respond to reviewers.
